5 Day Murchison Falls and Balloon Safari for Rhinos, Chimpanzee, and Wild Waterfalls
Our 5 Day Murchison Falls and Balloon Safari brings you expeditions to the Rhinos, trek the chimpanzees and also visit the Powerful Natural Wonder Waterfall, in addition to a fantastic game drive. Murchison Falls National Park remains the largest and most beautiful safari Park, with abundant wildlife (animals) and a wide range of bird species.
Day 1: Rhino Tracking Safari & Murchison Falls Park.
Leave Kampala at any desired time of the day, and head to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a Rhino Safari on foot. To encounter the remaining basic life of the Rhinos that were no longer in Uganda. Our Lunch will be en route, and then we will head to Murchison Falls Park for an overnight.
Accommodation: Paraa Lodge, Pakuba Lodge, Fort Murchison, Heritage.
Day 2: morning Game drive and Evening boat Cruise
Then this morning, have breakfast at the Lodge and take on a morning safari drive to encounter more of the wildlife with your guide. You will be able to look out for different animals, such as lions, Leopards, Giraffes, Elephants, buffalo, and more.
Later in the afternoon, get back for Lunch as you prepare for the 2 pm boat cruise to the bottom of the Nile, which lasts for about 3 hours. Then later get back to the Lodge for an overnight.
Day 3: Air Balloon Safari and Evening Game Drive
Our morning will lead us to a morning boat sunrise cruise on the Victoria Nile to the Delta point, where the Nile meets Lake Albert at the Tip Corner of the Park.
More Chances of seeing aquatic wildlife and reptiles, such as crocodiles, Hippos, and Pythons. Have Lunch when you’re back, and later in the Evening, get on an afternoon Game drive to the Evening grazers.
Day 4: Drive to the Top of the Falls and Chimpanzee Tracking
Now, today we shall drive to Budongo Forests for chimpanzee tracking, an ultimate alternative to meet our cousins in the wildlife Park of the Year. This activity normally takes about 4 hours, and so you will have to head to the Lodge for a restful evening and relaxation.
Day 5: Drive back to Kampala
On our last day, we will drive through the Park and take the ferry to the other side of the river. Then drive off gently and visit the Top of the falls, where we get close to one of the most powerful wonders of the world. See and verify how a large amount of water squeezes through a narrow gorge.
The Falls are picture-perfect so that you can take as many amazing photos as possible. Later on, we drive out of the Park through the Kichumbanyobo gate, and there we proceed to Kampala or Entebbe, having an en-route lunch at Kabalage Dinner in Nakasongola.
